Collecting Feeees ~Week 1.

Heey Bloggers, im so late. Pooop. Okay, so for this week we continued doing schedule pick up for those who didnt pick up their things on the first day & stuffy. Ohh, i got to work ID's for the first time in a long time. I gues i still remember how to work it, but i still made a few mistakes. I got to also work for Uniforms. & writing on a receipt again, signing etc lol. brings back alot of memories from last year(x ahaaa, this week was really fun. Part of Period 6 & 2 is getting closer! We've been making challenges & stufffs. If anything, our Youtube Channel is called " Double Wimps " you guys should check us out. Sucks for me, i havent been getting any sleep. Anyway, before i got offically accepted into this program i had to make myself a flyer of something that would remind about a talk that me & Mr.Ing had, i got a quote, the quote reminds me of making sure i wont be bad as i was last year. & stuff like that.

The highlight of my week is getting along with Period 6. We would add Period 4 but they werent with us when we first created " Double Wimps. " Although, we could still let them be part of us, idk. But were getting pretty close, i mean doing the challenges together, were always laughing and stuff. I think me & Korey got close, like we were close before in Elementary sorta & a little last year, but now we talk almost daily. LOL. Can you guys watch out videos on youtube please(x get us on Ellen, im joking. Our first challenge was the Soda & Mento Challenge, jeeeze. That burned out mouth man.. and korey's throat was hurting but we were all just laughing at her, lol. Then we did Baby Food Challenge. Never eat Brocoli Carrots with Cheese, like omg. That was too nasty yoo. Everytime i burped, i could stilll taste it!

The lesson i learned this week is to be careful with money, because one mistake with money can cause alot especially because the office depends on us to handle these stuff. One of the leaders made a mistake with the money, i dont know the full story, but just knowing it had to involve Mr.Ing talking to the group kinda made me think it was a big thing. Another lesson, is not to forget about the key. Keeping the doors locked is important incase someone comes to the school & tries to wreck things yenooo, it also reminds me back to last year when the key got lost & etcetc.

Second Week & Schedule Pick Up

Monday: To start off the week, first we finished up our bio cubes. All i had to do during that time was print out my picture & paste it. After, i just help some of the other students with the computer and cutter since i've had some experience before. After, we went to painting the banners. This was sort of hard cause the paint brushes was hard to use on the skinny part of the words on the banner, i prefer using the sponge brushes better though. Last, we went to the laptops to go on blogger just to check if we were following everyone. I went on first but i got off cause i didnt know if  i was in leadership officially yet. So, instead i just let petriese go on and i helped her a little. To finish up Mr.Ing showed us about blogs and eyahh. We got dismissed early, so Me, Laila, Korey, Cheana, Petriese & Alesia went to Baskin Robins and walked down to the swings(x then we went to the Community Park.

Tuesday: So, today we had a tour of A102, basically just to know where all the other things are since everything from A103 was moved to A102 now. When our period finished the tour, we talked a little. Me, Daisy & Roxi tried talking to the others about not being shy cause everyone in leadership isnt as close as last year. I mean, last year everyone got close so easy & fast. Anyway, after that we moved to ID's & just practiced the whole time. The ID's are different from last year though, its like so much better. loool. Then we went to the Office & took out everything from the cabinets. Just looked at where things were at & the things were already labeled so yeah. Then when we had to put everything back, but in order! After, we got some time to finish our bio cubes. But i just sat there cause i finished mine. Then we got our planners & just talked about Welcome Social & Schedule Pick Up for friday.

Wednesday: Today, started sharing bio cubes. Well, i pretty much failed. But its okaay, atleast i finished. Only half of the people shared at that time though, then we went to the cafe to go set up for schedule pick up! Im working in the lunch payment area, basically all i do is check if the info is correct on the envelope & yeahhh. When we finished, we went back to A101 & finished sharing everyones bio cubes. It was a short day. After, some of us took our ID pictures already, i wouldve took mine but like. Im not even in the ID machine thingy yet lol. When we all finished, Me, Korey, Macky &  Roxi, had a small Mcdonalds date. LOL. & yeahhhhhh.

Thursday: Okaaayyy, so like since our period did bad we had to redo the " Schedule Pick Up " Poster. Buzehhh uhm then we had a little free time, so a few of us had a balloon & we all started playing with it by pushing it up making sure it wouldnt touch the ground, loool. Then when Mr.Ing got back we went to the cafe and started setting up for schedule pick up. i noticed some people were mostly just standing around when they couldve been helping. But its okay, people should just start helping more & yuhh.

Schedule Pick Up Blog 

For Schedule Pick Up, i worked Lunch Payments. As easy as it sounds, it wasn't. Because the line just kept getting longer  the pressure was on me because i had an older lady working with me but for some reason all the customers went to my side, and most the time she wasn't there. She had to go back to office at times to help them also, i worked alone most of the time. like duuude, and so many parents were complaining because they didnt know what they were paying for when the receipt said " MT " which stands for Meal Tracker. So, i just had to be patient cause they didnt know etcc. ugh. 

What i learned in this assignment was to know what you're doing & keep your customers a priority. You have to know what you're doing because customers could ask you questions & if you don't know the  asnwer to it, they would lose trust in us yenooo. Were also representing our program & class. You have to keep your customers a priority because the point of this was for the customers or students to get what they need done. You can't eat food before helping them or go on your phone. Also, you can't socialize with the customers if there a long line behid them.  That's what i realized after looking at the other side of the cafe where at some point one or some of them would go on their phone or eat, or if they see their friends the would hug or just have a small convo, not realizing there are other people you gave to help first.

The best part of this week was afte Schedule Pick Up when getting a reward, and eating Mcdonalds. I think our class really had bond alittle. Another highlight of my week other than that was getting to see my Ilima friends again, i was happy, they were happy. I know alot of them didnt really expect me to come back or anything. But yeah, other than that i had a good week with my Leadership friends & getting to know most of them now.

( We got one of the customers to act out with  us. LOL.)

Bio Cube.

Okay so this Blog is the assignment blog, obviously lol. Anyway, our first assignment was to make a cube with six different sides. One side is your significance, thats what most important to you, another side is quotation of your favorite quote & why, then another side is obstacle, you put what stops you from being succesful, another side is back ground, basically things about you we should know i guess. And personality, for this side you just put your characteristics. Then a decent picture of yourself. 

A highlight to this assignment for me is when we shared our cubes, this was a highlight because i got to learn something new about everyone! Well, everyone learned something about everyone & yeah, lol. Its nice to know something new about someone(x Okay, low light was probably the fact that i messed mine up. I got my bio cube & it got smashed at the park, so it was hard for me to wrap it sorta, also cause when i started pasting things on each side, i thought that i should add a frame so like i got pastel colors & cut them into random shapes & made it some what look like a frame. & eyaah. 

What i learned from this assignment is to be more careful with your belonging because you could either lose them or it could get damged. I also learned to be more careful about doing projects. A smart idea i couldve done was to see how it would look before pasting the random shapes on my cube. I think if i didnt paste the random shapes it wouldve looked neater, also if i was more careful with my cube it wouldnt have gotten smashed. 

GLO #1 The ability to be responsible for one’s own learning: I met this GLO because i finished this cube on time, it took me about 3 days to finish this & i also did this on my own.

GLO #2 The understanding that it is essential for human beings to work together : So for this assignment i had to share my bio cube to the class & that was how i was a Community Contributor. 

GLO #3 The ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving: I met this GLO by probllem solving because when my box got smashed it was too late to get another box, so i just taped it all togethwe which made it look much better

GLO #4 The ability to recognize and produce quality performances and quality products: I tried my best to make my cube look neat by making sure that each side of my paragraphs were nice & the way i cut. Also, Mr.Ing wanted us to use clear to tape & for my edges to be more pointy, i taped up each corner. 

GLO #5 The ability to communicate effectively: For this GLO, during my presentation i had to present my cube and make sure i was clear, i wasnt that loud though, but im sure most of the students heard me. 

GLO #6 The ability to use a variety of tecchnologies effectively & ethically: I met this GLO because while making this cube i had to go on my laptop to type out all my paragraphs & stuff, and i had to also print out my picture. 

My first week.

Hey Bloggers, im back on(; i haven't done this in a while. So yeaaah, uhhh well i only worked for 1 day this whole week so i dont have that much to talk about. Ill try though, sooo yesterday i just started on my cube & it sorta upgraded!(x last year when we made cubes we used paper & it was hard cohhs it had less protection  mines was messed up, like it got dented easily & Mr.Ing said we had to cover up all the white spots but i didnt. Well this year, Mr.Ing gave everyone boxes which was easier. Because i didnt wanna make the same mistake as not covering up all the spots i just wrappped mine with gift wrapper lol(x next we went to A102 to practice how to use the music equipment. I think music is probably what i remember the most from last year. After that, we went to the Tv room, we basically just rotated 2 people on tv, then someone works the laptop & the other is the person who puts us on live and stuff. After Leadership, Me, Laila, Korey, Daisy, Cheana, Petriese & Haley went to Pizza Hut!(x Omg. we were like the loudest ones in there, haha no shame(x Then Haley & Daisy had to leave. So the rest of us went to the Park & i showed them the swings, it was really fun. then Cheana & Petriese had to leave so me, laila & korey went to the playground and yeaaah. Thats pretty much it.

What i liked about yesterday was getting to use the equipments again, i miss that. The music room changed to A102 & the microphone is alot better and easier now. And going back to TV, having that feeling of being on live talking about announcements i guess. But, i kinda forgot how to make intro for TV so im going to try and ask one of the leaders to help me out. Well what i dont like about yesterday was that my box got smashed so like, when i got home i had to fix it & i tried my best, atleast its wrapped so its not showing, but it looks sorta deformed on one side because of how it got smashed. Blahh, its okay, it still looks like a box/cube.

I learned from my interview that people can have second chances if they believe they deserve it. Im lucky i even got the chance to work yesterday. I honestly didnt expect this from Mr.Ing that he would tell me this.. I choked on my interview and i was really nervous so i really didnt know Mr.Ing would give me a chance to even work. Well hopefully i get in cause i really wanna be back into this program. Not only did i learn about second chances but i also learned from Mr.Ing that i shouldnt be focusing on proving others, but i should be proving to myself that i could do this and that. So, this what ill try to be working on this year, i will also try to be less negative about myself cohs i think thats what stops me the most.

Talent Presentation Blog

Hay Bloggerzzzzzz ! This blog is gonna talk about the Talent Presentations .
Sowwuhhhh, for my talent presentation i actually made in 1 day . It took me 2 hours, only because i didnt edit it or anything . But my cousin laptop kept shutting off on me -.- . I didnt do my powerpoint correctly but atleast i finished most of it .
Slide 1: For my first slide showed le' theme " Music Is Freedom " & My name and talent . That slide was a pretty obvious thing .

Slide 2: My Second slide showed the Background History of how i started singing & everything . I got this talent because my parents wanted me to have a talent & so they bought a kareoke & i started to practice everyday & i got to be in plays & choirs . I also got to perform at parties & stuff like that .

Slide 3: My third slide showed how it useful in Leadership & In general . I think singing is useful because is shows your personality & you can express yourself all the time .

Slide 4: Mahhh Video Essay, i sang Lullaby by Lateeya because it was a fast song & it was easirr to sing than me raising my voice with the high songs ~ i guesss . I had an effect on my video to make me less hash doe(x LOL

Slide 5: On my 5th Slide i had a GLO rubric .. Kind of . I basically just did a GLO thing, i put in how i met each GLO .

12.3-12.7

" Its the most beautiful time of the year " ~ My favorite holiday is coming up ! Christmas ^---^ How did my week go ? Ouhhh, it was fine .. Maybe . To start off Monday .
On Monday the Leadership class had to do Sign Waving for " Safe Driving " We started around 7:10 or 7:15 . Idunooooo, but we did that until 7:50 . *---* Damn it was ish kine hot doe ~ Ouhhh, while we did Sign Waving me & Errly had some " mother & daughter " kind of talk . & we havent had those talks in forever ! Oh looord .---.
Candy Grams: During lunch on Monday Me, Laila, Nic & Yazmeen had to work the Candy Grams . It was kinda fun starting it off for people & i find it so cute when i see boys/girls writing it to their crush or whatever(x uggh its so adorable i tell yooou *---* Sad thing is, while us four were working Candy Grams .. Bretmans group was doing Talent Show & i really wanted to watch them(x guranteeee they were good ? Ehh, oh whales . Ill probably get to see a video or something -.- Uhh i worked Candy Grams for 3 Days out of the 5, I didnt work on Thursday or Friday .
Tuesday: Ohh Homeroom was just terrible . A certain person got into so much trouble, almost as much trouble as meeee, but im not failing 7th Grade ~ So like, i guess Errlandooo & Mr.Ing had enough of her not doing anything in her core classes because her grades was a downer maann . & because of those lame excuses . Now, i went through something different . I was getting in trouble for not finishing things & giving up ~ i made stupid decisions too . But yeaah, this situation with kinda ticked me off because while i was walking with her to Period 4 , she asked me " You went through all of this right Khrizz ? " Uh duhhh . Okay the way she said . Omfg really ? She was soooo happy while saying it . Uhh Giiiirl ! Take it serious ~ which brings me to something else, during period six Errlyn, her & Mr.Ing had a meeting & like when they were done she wasnt even crying -.- izz you a robot ? Iz you ? Good, cause i want to know ~ LOL nah . Okay, but yeah . She probably dosent even have feelings, i wouldve been so disappointed in myself ... Gah okay .
Wednesday: Short Day ! Buzzz, there wasnt really much so i guess ill talk about my periods ~
So In Period 3: We had a reflection of the frog dissections . BAARFFF * frog dissections were the worst menng ! My table was to afraid of touching the frog , that i had to do it myself ! I mean, i didnt want a bad grade for not dissecting anything ! Guhhhh, while i was disssecting the frog . I opened up the stomach just to find a cockaroach !! Ehhh Kill me okay ? i couldnt believe <__> It was nasteeeh ! Everything was just blehaklrebadnoaankdoanlalqljdizma . But anyways, the more " organs " i took out , the smellier it got . I was so close to vomiting ! I was all light headed too so everything was just Period 1: Avid ! For Avid we didnt really do anything besides Tutorials . We have been practicing turotials alot l we usually have it every class -.- fml . LOL i dont know but, we have tutorials everytime when i dont need much help, so then i have to keep making up question(x hehehe .
Period 5: Math ... I hate math . Math is so ughghghhgh . Pucck ! Math frustrates me -.- i just wanna kill math . Especially because of Mr.Bertrand . My math teacher . He is the most erking person on earth . Kay so after class i stayed to go talk to him . Then he fudging called me a " worthless student " ugggh, you dont know how mad i got -.- being called worthless is exactly what i try to avoid . I hate being called that . My step fada always tells me that, i dont need someone from school calling me that . Ugh Thursday: Ahhhhh ! Talent Show(x ew , i felt so bad . It was so nerve racking ! Me & Laila sang Titanium . Alot of people cheered, i just thought i did bad -.- I think we did good on the 8th Grade performance .... Blehhh, okay .
Period 6: Guess whuut ? I finished my Talent Show Presentation ;3 its funny cause i finished it in 1 dayyyy . But i did my Video Essay wrong . Blehhh -.- i suckk . But yeah okayyys .
I got new shoes ;3 Gray Converse ftw(x lol

11.26-12.1

December Baaaby ! ~ This week went by pretty quick .---.
11.26- Periods were 6, 4 & 2 . Period 6 Firssst ^---^ Period 6 was kind of a work day, Ohh we fot to decorate the Christmas Tree & stuff .. For all the people who didnt finish AR had until Friday to get it done . We didnt really do much . But yeaah . Peeriod 2 ~ HSA Testing ! Whyyyyyy ? (X i hate HSA , givesss me stress yeno' . For Period 2 i had English & we did HSA . We didnt finish doe ~ we only started on half of the test . It was easy *--* it felt like it was easier than 6th Grade HSA . Period 4 . For Period 4 , i had Social Studies -.- maah worst subject . Pluus math . But for Social Studies .. We started on our 5 Paragraph Essay about Foreigners & Foreign Groups . The Foreign group i had was Whalers . I did this one cause i knew way more about it than Explorers, Missionaries & Traders .
11.27 - Periods were 1, 3 & 5 .. I think . Period 1 , i had AVID . Avid ... Lets seeeeee . We did Tutorials & we've been doing this for a week now . Everyone in the class was doing Math as a Turtorial Question . So, it was kinda boring .. Especially because almost everyone had the same problems -.- waay to make it fun ! NOT (x lol okay . Period 3 . We had a substitue but we were also suppose to do dissecting thaat day D; uggh, Mrs.Seigaku had to re schedule it to the next 2 classes 11.28- Periods were 2, 4 & 6 . Period 2 . English .. We had to finish out HSA test & guess who passed ? ;3 i did ! I got 325 ~ So gay , atleast i passed doe . English was always one of my favorite subjects ~ since i finished early it gave me time to finish my AR book(; Yaaaye . Period 4 . Social Studiiees . We had to finish up our Essays & start turning them in ! Then towards the end of class we did Peer Evaluation & we had to correct different students' essays . Period 6 . During Period 6 . I spent my whole Period 6, reading my AR book . & also i got to help out with my Yearbook page . Then Afterschool, Me, Trixie & Daisy had to go take picture of the teachers during their Department meeting .
11.29 - 11.26 - Periods were 5, 3 & 1 . Period 5, we had a sub so we didnt really do anything but like a work day for the class . We did 20x20 Table & then the teachers just talked to us .. Omg ew . Okaay the sub was soo nasteeeeh ! While i was doing my 20x20 table i turned around because i heard someone behind me, so when i turned around the sub was staring right at me !!! Then he winked .--. Pedo Alert *--* naye . His last name was Caldwell . I wonder if hes related to yeno' that other guy whos running for governor or something like that . Peeriod 3 , SCIENCE . we took choke notes ! We had to take notes for warm ups for our Dissecting & we took notws about Organs & Body Systems . Period 1 . Avid ~ For Avid we went over videos about tutorials & stuff . We had an argument about dating too(x LOL Mrs.Wert is cool ~ ish .
11.30 - Periods were 4, 6 & 2 . Period 4 . After all the Drafts we made for the Essays & peer evaluation . The teacher rewarded us by playing a mini game !(; we had to sort down facts about the foreign groups . & it was kind of a competition because each group had to have a certain amount of facts that were actually correct ! Period 6 . Guess who finished their AR in time ? I did . Uhhm, after that .. Errlando gave me a chance to finish my overdue blogs & i had to wirte them down on paper then type it out . Peeriod 2 . For English we didnt really do much, we had to write down on a piece of paper about what plagerism means & the class got all chronic about it . Then we read articles about how the Twinkies are going out of business . Okay Goodnight Bloggers .
